Hi there! My name is Jessica, but you can call me Jess!
I teach Voice, Piano and Ukulele at Resonate. Music has always played a major role in my life, as I’ve taken various types of music lessons growing up and have been a part of many performances. I grew up listening to lots of classic rock, pop and R n B, and I love listening to all types of music!
I really gravitated towards studying deeper as a vocalist, and in 2019 I graduated from MacEwan University with a Bachelor of Music in Jazz and Contemporary Popular Music, with a major in Vocal Performance. I have performed in multiple cover bands around the city, as well as for weddings, house bands, and parties! I’ve also sung the national anthem for the Edmonton Eskimos.
I have been on a new journey of writing my own music and releasing it to the world. I believe that learning and creating music is such a healing, joyful and fun experience and I hope to be a part of helping you realize your own musical journey!
