Hello, I’m Jack and I teach Guitar, Piano, Bass, Ukulele, Voice, and Theory at Resonate Music School & Studio. I graduated from York university in Toronto, Ontario with a BFA specialized honours in Music. I have been a private music instructor for about 8 years, and I have worked in elementary, and high schools teaching and directing music since 2011. As a teacher, I shape and form my lessons to help my students grow to their individual potentials, helping them reach their goal in their music.
I have always been in music even from before I started kindergarten. From church choir, to school band, to cover bands, I have always been performing in something. I have studied music with people like Ron Westray, Karen Burke, Kelly Jefferson, and Artie Roth, just to name a few. I love playing Gospel, Jazz, R&B, Soul, and Bossa Nova, and I hope to impart a small portion of this love to any student who is willing to grow in their musicianship.
