With the Shaw buildings beautifully exposed brick, elegant wood panelled ceiling and rustic furniture styling, the Yellowhead Room offers true character and warmth, in the heart of Edmonton’s downtown core.
Yellowhead Brewery & Event Centre takes its name from the famous Iroquois-Métis Pierre Bostonais, nicknamed “tėte jaune” or “yellowhead” for his unusual fair hair. Tėte jaune was a Metis trader with a colourful history, that first mapped a pass through the Rocky Mountains that would later carry his name. As such, the name Yellowhead casts a long shadow on Edmonton and Alberta’s history.

We will be hosting this recital as a private event. Tickets are currently available at Resonate for $5.00 per person, excluding anyone performing as they will have free admission. There will be staff on hand and refreshments available for purchase. We will also have a professional photographer on site, though you are welcome to bring any cameras/video camera of your own.
Parking is available both on the west and north side of the Shaw building.
