Teacher Jack!!! How can we ever thank you?! There are not enough words to say how grateful we are for all that you do for our son Jordan. 2months onto his piano lessons, our son wanted to quit.
He didn't tell us why. He just wants to. (He said he was impatient and wanted to play more music)
We are glad our son gave it a few more sessions and here we are! Already a year and a half in piano lessons and he's loving every session of it. He loooks forward and does not ever want to miss a session with teacher Jack! You motivating him and encouraging him that he is capable of doing hard things is what helped him each step of the way. Thank you for your professionalism and your patience! When you saw our son wanted to play more music other than what's on his lesson book, you suggested we purchase the supplement series. (Entirely up to us) and so We did! 3more music books actually. That's when we saw allllll of your teachings in our son's interpretation of what's in front of him. Reading and understanding the notes, legato stacato, slur etc. I mean, if I am this child's mentor this is my trophy! Did it ever crossed our mind to just let youtube teach our son and save on fees by doing do but there's no way you can model discipline, professionalism and patience online. Thaaaaaank you!
Resonate has been a home away from home for me since they opened. I've taken lessons here for over 10 years, until I began teaching here.
Working and being involved with Resonate has proved to be my best decision. Michael is an amazing owner, the staff are all super friendly, and all of our clients feel like they're at home. I'm very proud to be a member of the Resonate Community!
I can't say enough about Resonate. The atmosphere is warm, the teachers are talented & caring.
Through lessons, recitals, recording and performance opportunities, the staff here promote a lifelong joy of music for their students and families. Resonate was recommended to us and we try to pay that forward every chance we get by highly recommending this studio. As a school music educator myself as well as someone who has also offered group music lessons for young children and their families, I know a quality environment when I see it. Thank you to my son's amazing piano teachers, to the Resonate team for giving my son so many memorable, unique music making opportunities, and to Michael for being so genuine - your customer service can't be beat, and your passion for Resonate really shows!
Discovering Resonate was truly a blessing. The instruction is delivered to the specific goals and motivations of the individual student.
The staff are all great, and the opportunities they can provide to develop and perform are incredible. Accumulating studio time (which includes staff assistance) is a bonus on top of it all that really completes the whole package. I am very grateful for everything Resonate has done for me.
Music can stay present through busy seasons, changing interests, and different stages of life. It may lead to a career, a credential, or major artistic growth, but it does not need to in order to be worth keeping.
That belief shapes Resonate, where music can be explored, developed, and practiced in different ways.
More on our approachThe Methodology
No one needs to get ready for music before they belong here. Lessons build through real involvement from the start.
Guidance should reflect what someone is drawn to, what they are ready for, and where they want to go. That makes the learning feel more personal and more useful.
Learning moves at different speeds. What matters is staying in contact with the music so progress can build steadily rather than in disconnected stretches.
It strengthens memory, coordination, expression, confidence, and the mind’s ability to grow through challenge. It also gives people a fuller way of relating to themselves, to others, and to the world around them.
At Resonate, music is not treated only as a skill to improve, but as a deeply human practice that can positively impact life in real, lasting ways.
Read The Power of MusicRooms, sound, and lighting shape how music is felt and learned. Resonate is designed to feel warm, lived-in, and connected to the work happening here.
When you walk in, you enter a place where people are already learning, recording, and creating. That makes participation feel more natural from the start.
A good fit often looks like one of these.
You want your child to learn in a place that understands the broader value of music and how to make the most of it.
You used to play, or always meant to come back to it, and want returning to feel natural.
You want a more human way to begin, without feeling behind or out of step.
You want lessons, creative guidance, or studio support that feels attentive rather than generic.
The recording studio has been part of Resonate from the beginning, where students, artists, and local musicians come to record, produce, and move songs forward.
Membership is the primary lesson structure at Resonate. It supports weekly lessons, real flexibility, and a more continuous relationship with music.
Membership runs month to month, without contracts, summer shutdowns, or fixed school-year terms. It is built to fit into life while keeping progress moving.
Members receive one complimentary studio hour every three months. A chance to step into a real recording environment and leave with something lasting.
Lessons can be rescheduled with at least one week’s notice, helping people stay consistent when life gets busy or plans change.
Drop-ins offer a simple, flexible way to book lessons. Weekly membership offers the best overall value, with a reserved lesson time, make-up lessons, and studio access built in.
Lessons here are shaped by people who are actively involved in music themselves. Across the team, students are learning around different artistic voices, working musicians, and real creative practice — not a single house style.
