The teachers at Resonate are examples of a life with music at the centre of it. They perform, write, record, and play out around Edmonton, with teaching as one part of that larger practice. What students learn here comes from people still doing the thing, not just describing it.
Front of House
The people who keep a week at Resonate holding together, so lessons start on time, teachers can focus on teaching, and students can focus on music.
Kara
Kara moved into managing the school after teaching here, so she knows how a lesson week actually feels from the inside. She looks after scheduling, staffing, and the details that keep the place running.
Zoe
Zoe is often the first person students and families meet at Resonate. She looks after the front desk, so arriving for a lesson is simple and everyone knows where they are going.

Resonate started in 2012. The conviction behind it was simple: learning music should feel as alive as making music.
