Cancellation notice

To submit your 30-day cancellation notice, please complete the form below. Your notice takes effect the moment you submit, and we will confirm your final lesson date by email shortly after.

If you would rather speak with someone, call 780 457 0090 or email hello@resonatemusic.ca and the front desk will fill out the form with you. Either way, the same 30-day clock applies from the time of notice.

Before you submit

Your membership runs through your final lesson day, with the same teacher, time, and billing.
Make-ups on file can be used or donated to the Community Fund until then, and studio hours can be used within the monthly limit. Whatever is left on the final day expires, and nothing carries over to a later return.
A lesson missed with a week’s notice before your final day can be moved to another open time before then, if one is open.
If you would rather stay enrolled and use make-ups for the weeks you will miss, call the front desk instead of submitting. A notice already submitted can be reversed any time before your final lesson.
